1. Access Control System

At the same time, it will be transmitted to the community management center to notify the residents and the community management center to take prompt measures to ensure the residents. safety of life and property.
5. Emergency call system
●Establish emergency call buttons in the living room, bedroom, etc. of the house. When there is an emergency in the home, such as serious illness or a thief breaking in, and you need help, as long as the emergency call button is received, the management center can immediately send someone to the scene after receiving the number one. Provide timely assistance to residents.
6. CCTV surveillance
●Install monitoring cameras in important places such as entrances and exits, main passages, parking lots, and fences of the community, and transmit the situation of the monitoring area to the management center in real time in the form of images. The on-duty staff can keep abreast of the situation of these important places and store the video through the video wall.
7. Surrounding anti-over alarm
●Infrared radio alarm system is set up on the fence of the community to build the first protective barrier of the community. When someone illegally crosses the wall, call the police immediately, and trigger the perimeter camera to track and record.
8. Intercom security door system
●A building security door intercom system is installed at the stairway of each unit of the community, and each household is equipped with an intercom that can control the building security door. Visitors can communicate with the visited residents through the intercom system, and security personnel can directly talk to the residents to confirm the visit. After the identity of the visitor, the visitor can enter the community. In the high-end residential building area, the visual building security door intercom system can be used.
