Project Preview
Part of the national defense border between China & Vietnam is 32 kilometers long, and there may only be one border defense station on the border defense line of dozens of kilometers. It is difficult for the sentry to monitor the border defense line of hundreds of meters or even thousands of meters by relying on their eyes and "walking" patrols. Leaky cable intrusion alarm system and laser intrusion detection alarm system are the emerging development directions of perimeter security technology. Leaky cables and laser beams are particularly suitable for long-distance, large-scale defense border protection.
The whole system adopts a whole network alarm solution. In the alarm industry, traditional alarm systems have been used for many years and have the advantages of good stability and high security, but there are also problems such as complicated wiring, limited transmission distance, and insufficient compatibility. "Full network alarm" is convenient for construction and easy to maintain.
It has sound and light alarm, digital map positioning and historical alarm data storage and query functions, and can implement all-weather protection in 360 degrees without dead ends.
Since Arion put forward the concept of "full network alarm", it has successively launched a series of products such as network laser beams, network gratings, network pulse/tension fences, network leak cables and network alarm hosts, integrating network communication into alarm products. Promote the implementation of the networked alarm system.

Requirement Analysis
Project brief introduction:
Accordingly to the board defense protection requirement,need with a advanced, reliable, comprehensive, multi-level, three-dimensional perimeter alarm system to satisfied it.
Base on this function rerequirement, environment etc, we use leaky cable alarm detector and networking Laser Fence Detector as the terminal detectors, connect with alarm software together, more hidden bility, easy for installation, good protection and convenient for maintance purpose.
Project Requirement
This project with Leaky Cable detector and Laser Intrusion Detector.
After system finished, it will be have below functions:
1) CHINA-Vietnam part of defense board with perimeter protection, total 32km, the alarm system mainly used for illegally intrusion alarm and smuggling at the border.
2) Most of the part is mountains,and unattended, if there is alarm occured, it need receive alarm status & alarm location far away from the border
3) The alarm detector also need have warning function, alarm detector better is visible, with the visible laser detector, able to realize, and add the voice report, the siren, other mountains perimter protection with hiddenly ability no.1 product: leaky cable detector.
4) The whole alarm system with fiber optical transmision, and the end side with server to the plolic station, link a ethernet network alarm system, linkage with cctv cameras, better for 2way to monitor on it.
1）The terminal sensor and networking transmission must considered about the power supply, so sure every equipment can be running normally.

This system is centered on the frontier defense command center alarm platform, with front-end leakage cable intrusion alarm subsystem, laser fence detector alarm subsystem, and signal transmission communication system as the core.
The monitoring command center alarm platform supports voice prompts, electronic map positioning display, and TV. Monitoring linkage and other alarm notification methods, each subsystem is integrated through the monitoring and command center alarm platform to form a modern security technology defense system with complete automatic and intelligent functions and strong comprehensive defense capabilities.

AL-2008S integrated managment softrware is the import part for this board defense alarm system.
Which is Alean self innovated software, UI interface is simplified, easy to find functions.
Able to receive multi alarm equipments alarm events. It has all in one software for : Laser detector, leaky cable detector, sos alarm system, pulse electric fence system, AL-238P Seres panel, Q800 alarm panel etc.
