In recent times, there have been violent incidents in medical facilities in China, and bloodshed in hospitals have occurred frequently. Medical violent conflicts are fierce and in various forms, including gatherings to attack and smash hospitals, marches, siege, and assault medical staff. The consequences of medical violence are serious. As far as individual cases are concerned, it will cause economic losses and casualties; in the long run, it will worsen the already fragile doctor-patient relationship, lead to chaos in medical order, and affect social harmony. Violent behavior can also seriously affect the medical order, undermine the doctor's confidence and enthusiasm for the treatment of patients, hinder the normal communication between the doctor and the patient, and even delay the timing of treatment. Emanating from the medical field, medical violence will further deepen the trust crisis of the entire society and undermine social harmony.
The Lora wireless emergency alarm system solution for hospitals is based on the current medical violence situation, in order to ensure the safety of medical care and maintain the medical order of the hospital, combined with the existing civil air defense methods and physical defense facilities, focusing on strengthening technical defenses, aiming to effectively improve the hospital An emergency system for security and medical personal safety. The system is expandable and compatible with the original security facilities such as monitoring or alarm. System design
Needs of medical staff
Install the Lora emergency button in the daily office of the medical staff. When the medical staff encounters emergency situations such as medical troubles, injuries, etc., they can press the emergency button to call the monitoring center and get help from security personnel in time;
Hospital office requirements
Install the Lora emergency button in the office. In the event of a medical trouble or injury, the doctor can press the emergency button to call the monitoring center and get help from security personnel in time;
Hospital toilet demand
Install the Lora emergency button in the bathroom (toilet). When an unexpected situation occurs, you can press the emergency button to call the monitoring center to get help from security personnel in time
Design Idea:
This alarm system adopt with LoRa, TCP/IP, GPRS way forthecommunication.
LoRa Smart Alarm Control Panel through wireless communication conenct with each LoRa Panic Button.
Lora Alarm Panel through TCP/IP or GPRS upload to the monitoring center.
Terminal Detection part
This system with LoRa Panic button which with wireless transmittion,wideland long range,when alarm occured, it will give out alarm signals to the alarm panel.
Its widely used for home, hotels,Nursing homes, hospitals, shops, schools and other places which need to protection alarm.
Control Part
The LoRa system with LoRA Alamr Panel: AL-238PGL, its one high performancesmart alarm panel, which support TCP/IP, PSTN, GPRS, 4G, LoRa, RS485, 433MHZ multi communications.
It has remote two way audio, auto voice report and other functions. At the same time, there is multiple output port and module plug in socket, able to realize different functions.
Transmission Part
The system is used LoRa for the transmission between terminal alarm detector to the alarm control panel, LoRa is a long-distance low-power wireless transmission scheme based on spread spectrum technology, which belongs to one of the Internet of Things communication technologies.
The biggest feature is that it can travel farther than other wireless methods under the same power consumption condition, and realizes the unity of low power consumption and long distance. It has a 3-5X longer distance than traditional radio frequency communication under the same power consumption. Times.
Software
The alarm system software able to display all operation infos, the alarm status, also if connected with Google Map, it can be pop up the alarm location when there is alarm for the detection area.
Alarm Notification
a. The Monitoring center drive out the siren strobel and sound. Monitoring center recorded the alarm event, alarm time and related records
b. After processed the alarm events, monitoring center able to control the terminal detectors to recover the status.
Working Principle:
With the real environment, the system detector is LoRa Panic Button,for important places with it, when emergency occured, press the button, triggered alarm, LoRa Button will send out alarm signal to control panel through wireless LoRa communcation.When control panel received alarm event at watchroom center, then warning operator in-duty, through the keyboard will display the alarm read, voice report or electric map will pop up. The operator can be process for the next step.
