2. How to wire the 238P panel and deal with the unused zones?
8 normally closed zones are opened by default (no need resistance ), the used zone is directly connected to the signal line, and the unused zone can be programmed to be closed or plugged in the wire to close it.
If only zones 1 and 2 are used, turn off zones 3-8 as follows: 123456#05030#05040#05050#05060#05070#05080#*, after the modification, power off and restart will take effect.
3.How does the 238P panel arm and disarm, and can it arm and disarm a separate zone?
Arming: 123456+arming key
Disarming: 123456+Disarming key
Single zone arming: 123456+bypass key + zone number + arming key
Single zone disarming: 123456+bypass key+zone number+disarming key
4. After the 238P panel alarms, the zone lights are flashing, how to cancel it？

5. How to restore the factory settings of the 238P panel?
Power off and plugged in the jumper J11 on the main board of the panel, enter 123456#44021#* in the keyboard to prompt success, power off, and restore the jumper J11 to the plugged out state.

6. The alarm number of the 238PT panel has been set, but no call will be made when alarming.
You cannot disarm immediately after alarming, and you will not make a call after disarming;
You need to consider whether to add the outgoing code when making a call on the external line of the phone connected to the panel. If necessary, add the outgoing code before the number (usually 0 or 9);
If the set number is a mobile phone number, you need to check whether the received phone line cannot dial outside lines;
If the received telephone line is a fiber-optic telephone, it is recommended to change to the card mode if it is unsuccessful for many attempts.
7. How many phone numbers can be set for 238PG and how to set the number?
A maximum of 8 numbers. If you dial the first number to answer the call and hang up normally, the following numbers will not be dialed. The number is set as follows:

8. How to code the wireless remote control with the 238P panel？
▪ 238P can add 16 433MHz remote controllers, first enter the programming (123456#), enter the programming code (10+ remote control serial number) and prompt "correct", then press 1#, the voice prompts "enter wireless self-learning ", press the remote control "lock" button prompts "wireless self-learning successful", that is, the code is successfully matched, press * to exit.
▪ For example: need to add two remote controllers to the panel: 123456#10011# press the remote control "lock" button, prompt successfully then enter 10021# , press the remote control "lock" key, prompt success finally press * to exit.
